Director, Market Access Strategy
Nikki has 25 years' experience in healthcare market access, joining WG in 2010. Previously at GlaxoSmithKline, she held jobs in marketing, market research, sales, industry and government affairs and, of course, market access, which did not even really exist as a discipline before 1997. She has also spent time as a payer in the NHS, where she specialised in personalised care management and outcomes-based contracting. This has given her a unique insight into the challenges of introducing new healthcare interventions from both 'sides of the fence'.
Nikki's career has involved working in a wide range of therapy areas including antibiotics, anti-emetics, migraine, flu, smoking cessation, IBS, allergic rhinitis, respiratory, paed and travel vaccines, RLS, epilepsy, Men's Health, ophthalmology, cardiovascular, RA, MS, Cervical Health, haematology, hyperkalaemia, oncology and urology.
Nikki holds an MA in Modern Languages from Oxford University and an advanced marketing professional certificate from the Charted Institute of Marketing.
Nikki's strengths are strategic thinking, problem solving and drive for results.
Nikki is based in the London office.
